Hi Are you looking for an opportunity to live peacefully out on the countryside in our private eco collective with growing possibilities. With commuting possibility that will take you both to Central Lund 26 min & Helsingborg c 18 min. A bus goes 180 metre from our house to Landskrona one way & Tågarp train station where one can take a train to Lund, Malmö or Helsingborg. We are offering 3 rooms now 1 on the second floor, 9 sqm , & 2 on the first floor at 16 sqm with 160 bed and 14 sqm. from 1th of august there will be 3 rooms available. The pictures of the rooms is in the bottom as the function to move pictures up is not working. All room's are furnished with beds, wardrobes, office table and chair, bedside tables, lamps and a drawer etc. It is very spacey & works for 2 friends or a couple with 1-2 children or a couple with a baby too. we have crib or bigger child bed, & special seat for kids & other things needed as parents to children. to live in our friendly collective with the possibility to enjoy a big garden with a surrounding nature, a big & cosy farm house at 200 square meters with a big fully equipped kitchen with 1,5 freezers & 1,5 refrigerators, dining room with 1 freezer & 1 refrigerator, living room with a fireplace flat screen tv, bathroom with bath tub , washing machine & tumble drier ,2 toilets, & computer room & also outdoors bbq space under the grapes. We love the idea of eco village communities where people help each other out. it takes a village. In the rent is included, furniture, heating, electricity, water, cleaning utensils, garbage disposal and Wifi (We have high speed fiber internet). If you see yourself as a diligent, helpful, sober, non-smoking, non-addict, animal free & a nice person then maybe you are the one we are looking for. We love kids so they are welcome too. we have a jungle gym in the garden with swings , slide & climbing wall etc. Someone that enjoys a good laugh and feel that you can always be yourself. Your future host is Kim and Peder, a married couple with our son Aryon 5 years old that lives next door in their own part. If you like cooking, music, health, science, nutrition , functional medicine, board games, books, art, theatre, & dancing swing dances you will fit right in here with us. Kim is also a nutritionist and health coach in functional medicine, but also a great chef so there is the possibility of home cooked lunch boxes to bring to work or University. There is also a possibility to do gardening & grow vegetables in the big garden for those with a green thumb who enjoy such things.
